Sanitizing Detergent
PROPERTİES
- Cleans and sanitizes the surfaces.
- Used especially on food contact surfaces in the kitchenes and food preparations areas.
- Destroys and prevents growing of microorganisms like bacteria and fungi.
- Applied on the surfaces in the sanitary areas like stone, metal, plastic, glass etc.
- Contains biodegradable surfactants.
- PH (%1) : 8 – 9
CHEMICAL COMPOSITION
· Nonionic surfactant substances %5-15
· Cationic surfactant substances % 1-5
· Complexing agent, dye-stuff, parfume and disinfectant (QAC)
APPLICATION DOSAGE AND METHOD
- 25 – 30 gr./lt. (1 bucket water – 1 tea cup)
- Surfaces to be sanitized wiped or spray cleaned with the prepared solution.
- After 10 – 20 minutes, food contact surfaces are rinsed with clean water.
CAUTION
· Does not contain corrosive, irritant or dangerous material.
- In case of contact with eyes or skin wash with plenty of water
STORAGE
- Store at cool and dry place.
